15 Days Morocco Exploration Tour

Day 1: Arrival in Tangier – Rabat

15 Days Morocco Exploration Tour, We will pick you up at the port and take the road from Tangier to Rabat, passing through the city of Asilah, Lariche, Molay bouslham. Upon our arrival in the capital of Morocco we will visit the mausoleum of Mohamed V. Dinner and accommodation in a beautiful Hotel.

Day 2: Rabat – Casablanca – El Jadida

After breakfast, we will travel to Casablanca, where we will visit the Great Mosque and Mohammed V Square. Then we will go to El Jadida, an old Portuguese fortress, dinner and overnight at the Hotel.

Day 3: El Jadida – Safi – Essaouira

After breakfast, we go to Safi, known for its ceramics, from there we will enjoy the magnificent pieces of this material. We continue along the coast road to Essaouira, where we will enjoy the charm of its streets and its people, as well as its famous medina, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Night at the Riad / Hotel.

Day 4: Essaouira – Marrakech

After breakfast, we will go to Marrakech. We stop to visit an argan oil cooperative, then continue to Marrakech, we will eat at Jamaa El Fna before going to the Riad/Hotel check-in process.

Day 5: Marrakech (guided tour)

After breakfast, you will meet your local guide for a guided tour of Marrakech, this visit includes the Saadien tombs, the Bahia palace, the Jewish quarter, the Menara gardens. and the rest of the day free to walk through the streets and souks. In the afternoon you will have free time to go out for dinner, Accommodation in Riad / Hotel.

Day 6: Marrakech – Telouet – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate

We leave Marrakech after breakfast, and cross the High Atlas through a pass of 2260m, then towards Telouat, we will visit the Kasbah of Glaoui, then we will cross the Ounila valley to reach the fortified village of Aït Ben Haddou where several movies were shot, among them (Gladiator, Obelix, Sahara with Penélope Cruz). We will make a stop near the movie studios to capture beautiful photos. Finally we arrive at Ouarzazate. Dinner and accommodation at the Riad / Hotel.

Day 7: Ouarzazate – Fint Oasis – Ouarzazate

After breakfast, we will cross the Draa Valley to the Fint oasis, we will have lunch outdoors among palm trees and natural water sources. Then we will return to Ouarzazate to have dinner and spend the night in the Riad / Hotel.

Day 8: Ouarzazate – Skoura – Kalaat M’gouna – Boumalne Dades

After breakfast, we will visit the Kasbah of Taourit with the guide of the Kasbah, we will go to the palm grove of Skoura known for its kasbahs, visit the kasbah of Amridile, then we continue along the path of the thousand kasbahs to the valley of roses, we will have several stops to take photos. Dinner and accommodation in Boumalne Dadès at the inhabitant’s house.

Day 9: Boumalne Dades – Todra Gorge – Merzouga

After breakfast we will visit the Dades gorges and from there we will go to the Todra gorges. We stop for the small walk through the gorges, we will continue our day towards Merzouga passing through the berber village of Tinjdad, and the town of Erfoud known for these fossils, we will visit a marble and fossil factory, and we will continue to our hotel in Merzouga in front of the big dunes.

Day 10: Merzouga – Erg Chebbi – Merzouga

After breakfast, we will enjoy our journey through the desert towards the two oases of Merzouga, the nomadic lands, we will visit the village of Khamlia known for the Musuque de Gnawa. After lunch, we will make a short visit to a nomadic family to have a cup of Berber tea discovering the nomadic life. Then we return to the hotel and prepare our special camel trek, you admire the sunset. Dinner and accommodation in a Berber tent in the Sahara bivouac.

Day 11: Merzouga – Erfoud – Ziz Valley – Midelt

We’ll ride the camels up the sand dunes early in the morning to see the sunrise and take pictures.. Return by camel to have breakfast in the tent. We will then head to Rissani, the former economic capital of Morocco and the first imperial city in the country’s history. Then, drive past Erfoud and the Ziz Valley with its panoramic views of palm trees and gorges. We will continue our trip to Midelt. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

Day 12: Midelt – Azrou – Fez

After breakfast we go to the cedar forest, from there we will see the monkeys and feed them. Then pass through Ifrane also known as the “Switzerland of Morocco, reaching Fez”, the cultural capital of Morocco. Night at the Riad / Hotel.

Day 13: Fez (guided tour)

After breakfast, we will have a guided tour with our local guide to see the old medina of Fes “Fez el Bali”, the panoramic view of Fes and visit the gate of the Royal Palace. Then we walk with our guide through the market to see the traditional leather shoes and where they design the leather shoes… Dinner and overnight at the Riad / Hotel.

Day 14: Fes – Ouazane – Chefchaouen

After breakfast, we will drive to Chefchaoeun passing through the Rif Mountains in Morocco and small villages in the mountains. Upon arrival in Chefchaouen, we will check in at our Riad/hotel, then take a guided tour of the blue city of Chefchaouen before returning to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 15: Chafchaouen – Tangier

After breakfast, we will head to Tangier, passing through the Rif Mountains and the city of Tetouan. Upon arrival in Tangier, we will drop you off at the port or airport (depending on your choice) at the end of the service.
