Day 1: Tangier – Chefchaouen
We welcome you at the port or at your hotel and head to the small fortified town of Chefchaouen. Its buildings and houses are painted blue and white. You will have a guided tour in Chefchaouen. We spend this night in a local riad in Medina.
Day 2: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes
After breakfast, we will head to the archaeological site of Volubilis, where you can explore the famous Roman ruins. Then we go to Meknes, visit and lunch. Later in the afternoon, we will arrive in Fez where we will spend the night in a local riad.
Day 3: Fez – Merzouga desert
After breakfast, we will go to the desert of Merzouga. We will take a photo break near the cedar forest in the Middle Atlas Mountains. You will be able to see monkeys in the wild. We continue our trip to Midelt famous for its minerals and cool summer climate. We will follow the Ziz valley, then we will visit Erfoud and its fossil products. In Rissani, we can visit the local souk and taste a Berber pizza. Later, we reach the desert of Merzouga and we will embark on an adventure in the dunes of erg chebbi. We go up in camals to admire the sunset and spend the night in the Sahara bivouac. dinner will be served around a bivouac campfire. you enjoy a performance of gnawa music. sleep under the stars in the bivouac.
Day 4: Merzouga Desert – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges
Early in the morning, we witness the sunrise from the high dunes, then we ride the camel to our hotel in Merzouga. After breakfast and shower, we continue our tour towards Rissani, then, we pass to Alnif, then towards the Todra gorges where we will have lunch. Afternoon we will visit the Jewish quarter of Tinghir. Then we will continue to the Dades Valley. Dinner and overnight with the locals.
Day 5: Dades Gorges – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
Morning Adventure: Monkey Fingers & Kasbah Route
After breakfast, we’ll embark on an exciting hike to discover the striking “Monkey Fingers” rock formations. These unique geological wonders make for fantastic photos. We’ll then journey through the breathtaking Dades Valley, following the legendary “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs” to Skoura.
Historic Kasbah Exploration
In Skoura, we’ll visit the magnificent Kasbah Amridil, one of Morocco’s best-preserved earthen fortresses. This 17th-century architectural gem showcases traditional Berber building techniques and offers insight into desert life.
Ouarzazate: Hollywood of Africa
Continuing to Ouarzazate, we’ll:

Stop at the impressive Taourirt Kasbah for photo opportunities

Visit the famous film studios where blockbusters like Gladiator were filmed

Learn about Morocco’s thriving movie industry
UNESCO World Heritage Site
Next, we’ll explore the legendary Ait Ben Haddou, a:
